Returns & Exchanges

At Bikeshop West, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with the manufacturer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bikeshop West account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
